Introduction

Handles system messages and notifications for the currently logged-in user, such as announcements or information about completed processes.

find returns all unread messages of the user, markRead marks a message as read. Creating, updating and deleting messages requires elevated permissions, depending on the message type. findLogs returns the message log for a contact; the full message text is only included if the requester additionally holds the customer.manageComplianceSettings IAM permission.
